Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon—mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture.
  5. Add whole milk and mix until smooth.
  6. Crush the Biscoff cookies and fold into the mousse.
  7. Pour the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.

Notes

Use cold heavy cream and a chilled bowl for better whipping. Chill for at least 2 hours for the best texture.
