- 1 cup Biscoff spread

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon—mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture.
- Add whole milk and mix until smooth.
- Crush the Biscoff cookies and fold into the mousse.
- Pour the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream and a chilled bowl for better whipping. Chill for at least 2 hours for the best texture.
