- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Pour any remaining mixture over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a fresh salad or garlic bread. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
