- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and capers, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring until the sauce is well combined and heated through.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the salmon, and let it simmer for a minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables, a light salad, or over a bed of pasta or rice. For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs or a splash of white wine.
