Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken is tender chicken in a rich garlic cream sauce made with heavy cream and Parmesan. A quick weeknight meal with a special touch.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and heat through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pound chicken to an even thickness for even cooking. Use fresh grated Parmesan for best results. Avoid boiling the sauce to prevent separation.
