Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake

A quick and comforting baked pasta filled with creamy garlic sauce and topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat in olive oil until it’s no longer pink and nicely browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a moment before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a green salad and garlic bread. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
