- 1/3 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
- 1 Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1 Hamburger buns
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground chuck with ranch dressing mix and form into patties.
- Grill patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, add cheddar cheese on top to melt.
- Toast hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble burgers by placing the patty on the bun, add lettuce, crumbled bacon, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use ground chuck for best flavor and fat content. Do not press the patties while they cook to keep them juicy.
