Crack Burgers

Simple and flavorful burgers featuring juicy beef patties, melty cheese, crispy lettuce, and bacon, perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a treat for guests.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 Hamburger buns
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chuck with ranch dressing mix and form into patties.
  3. Grill patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. During the last few minutes of cooking, add cheddar cheese on top to melt.
  5. Toast hamburger buns on the grill.
  6. Assemble burgers by placing the patty on the bun, add lettuce, crumbled bacon, and a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ground chuck for best flavor and fat content. Do not press the patties while they cook to keep them juicy.
