Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

A delicious and impressive dish featuring tender salmon stuffed with a delightful mixture of crab and shrimp, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cut a slit in the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for stuffing.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the stuffed salmon to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. Add a drizzle of lemon butter sauce for extra flavor.
