Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut a slit in the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for stuffing.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the stuffed salmon to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. Add a drizzle of lemon butter sauce for extra flavor.
