- 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve the sauce over cooked ravioli.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top before serving.
