Cozy Creamy Ravioli Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
  7. Serve the sauce over cooked ravioli.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top before serving.
