- 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Herbs (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with seasonings to taste.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading them into thin circles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature with salsa, guacamole, or yogurt dip. For longer storage, keep in the fridge for up to one week, but they may lose some crispness.
