- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup mini Chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Pistachios, chopped
- 1 package Pre-made pie crusts (15 oz)
- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pre-made pie crusts and cut them into squares.
- Place the pie crust squares in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Fill the pie crust squares with the ricotta mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then top with chopped pistachios and garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
Notes
Ensure the ricotta cheese is well-drained to avoid a watery filling. Adjust the amount of chocolate chips or nuts as per your taste.
