Christmas Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar, light packed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup White sugar, granulated
  • 1/3 cup Potato chip pieces
  • 1/3 cup Pretzel pieces
  • 3/4 cup Butter, salted
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s, red and green
  • 2 tbsp Red and green jimmies
  • 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste or extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the salted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla bean paste (or extract) to the mixture, and blend until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips, potato chip pieces, pretzel pieces, and M&M’s.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Sprinkle the red and green jimmies on top of the dough.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
