- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar, light packed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup White chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup White sugar, granulated
- 1/3 cup Potato chip pieces
- 1/3 cup Pretzel pieces
- 3/4 cup Butter, salted
- 1/2 cup M&M’s, red and green
- 2 tbsp Red and green jimmies
- 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste or extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the salted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla bean paste (or extract) to the mixture, and blend until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, potato chip pieces, pretzel pieces, and M&M’s.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle the red and green jimmies on top of the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
