Chopped Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  3. Layer the chicken mixture on one slice of toasted bread.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top and press gently.
  6. Secure with toothpicks if desired, cut in half, and serve.

Notes

Use warm chicken for a cozier sandwich. Pat bacon dry to maintain crispiness. Toast bread well to prevent sogginess. Add more ranch for a creamier filling. Place cheese under the chicken mix to help it melt slightly.
