- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
- Layer the chicken mixture on one slice of toasted bread.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Place the other slice of bread on top and press gently.
- Secure with toothpicks if desired, cut in half, and serve.
Notes
Use warm chicken for a cozier sandwich. Pat bacon dry to maintain crispiness. Toast bread well to prevent sogginess. Add more ranch for a creamier filling. Place cheese under the chicken mix to help it melt slightly.
