Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, making a small cavity in each for filling.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth to create the cheesecake filling.
  3. Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollowed strawberries.
  4. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. <liDip each filled strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating as desired.

  6. Place strawberries on a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate sets and strawberries are chilled.
