Instructions
- Cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts until tender and shred into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and butter.
- Add milk gradually until a dough forms and set aside.
- Layer the shredded chicken and dumplings in a baking dish, starting with chicken.
- Top with a final layer of dumplings and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For convenience, use a rotisserie chicken. Adjust the dough consistency by measuring ingredients accurately.
