- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup Cheese crackers or finely chopped pecans
- Fresh Parsley
- 1 Pretzel rod or bell pepper for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and sharp cheddar cheese.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the cheese crackers or chopped pecans.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with pretzel rods or bell pepper slices for dipping.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
