Cheesy Pretzel Dip

A creamy and cheesy dip perfect for parties, game days, or cozy nights in. Pairs wonderfully with pretzel rods or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Cheese crackers or finely chopped pecans
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Pretzel rod or bell pepper for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and sharp cheddar cheese.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Fold in the cheese crackers or chopped pecans.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve with pretzel rods or bell pepper slices for dipping.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
