Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
