- 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 Large low-carb tortillas or wraps
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and baby spinach, and cook until heated through.
- Stir in cream cheese and mix until creamy.
- Remove from heat and fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Divide the mixture among the tortillas, wrap them tightly, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use warm chicken to help the cheese melt quickly. You can press the wrapped tortillas in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes to seal and crisp the sides.
