  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  5. Mix in the cooked bowtie pasta and shredded mozzarella, stirring until well coated and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using chicken thighs instead of breasts. You can add cooked mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
