Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Make sure they are nice and fresh.
- Carefully cut off the tops of the strawberries and hollow out the insides a bit to create space for the filling.
- In a bowl, combine the luscious cheesecake filling until it is smooth and creamy.
- Use a piping bag or a spoon to fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Serve immediately, or chill them in the fridge for a bit before serving.
Notes
Choose large strawberries for better filling. Add lemon zest for a zesty twist. Use a zip-top bag if you don’t have a piping bag.
