Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Prepare your protein by grilling chicken or cooking beans.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked rice, protein, beans, corn, bell peppers, and cheese.
- Season each layer with cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
- Repeat layers, making sure to end with cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
