Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss the shredded chicken and cauliflower florets into the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Transfer the mix to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.
Notes
Use cooked chicken leftovers or rotisserie chicken to save time. Cut cauliflower into even florets for even cooking.
