  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss the shredded chicken and cauliflower florets into the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Transfer the mix to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.

Notes

Use cooked chicken leftovers or rotisserie chicken to save time. Cut cauliflower into even florets for even cooking.
