Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons blue curacao
- 1/2 cup sanding sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the blue curacao until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature until thick enough to handle.
- Once cooled, use your hands to form small balls of the ganache and roll them in sanding sugar to coat.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm. Enjoy your Blue Christmas Truffles!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can freeze for up to three months.
