The Best Easy Creamy Seafood and Shrimp Chili

A warm and comforting creamy seafood chili featuring lobster, crab, shrimp, and beans, perfect for cold nights.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Lobster meat
  • 5 oz Lump crab
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1/2 cup Corn, whole kernel frozen
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 can Great northern beans
  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups Chicken broth, low sodium
  • 1 can Tomatoes with chilis
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack cheese (for topping)
  • 3 oz Cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the black beans, great northern beans, corn, and tomatoes with chilis.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the lobster meat, crab, and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and seafood is heated through.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted.
  7. Serve hot, topped with Colby and Monterey Jack cheese.

Notes

Serve with bread, crackers, or a salad. Reheat gently on the stove if stored in the fridge.
