Best Christmas Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your festive dish!

Notes

Serve warm, garnished with extra grated Parmesan or fresh herbs. Pairs well with a side salad and crusty bread.
