BBQ Ranch Chicken Casserole

This BBQ Ranch Chicken Casserole is creamy, smoky, and quick to make, perfect for a filling family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by chopped green onions.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Taste before baking to adjust salt and pepper. Add chili flakes for some heat if desired.
