- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by chopped green onions.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Taste before baking to adjust salt and pepper. Add chili flakes for some heat if desired.
