- 2 cups cooked Chicken
- 1/4 cup Green onions
- 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken and barbecue sauce, stirring until heated through.
- Lay a flour tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of it with cheddar cheese, followed by the chicken mixture and some green onions.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Serve warm, cut into wedges.
Notes
Best served warm with dipping sauces like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole. You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
