- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, honey, mayonnaise, rice vinegar (or lime juice), Sriracha, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt to create the bang bang sauce.
- Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the cooked salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
For a crispy texture, broil the salmon for the last few minutes of cooking. Adjust spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha.
