  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar or lime juice, Sriracha, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt to make the sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Once done, drizzle the prepared sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and lime wedges before serving.

Notes

For a smoky flavor, grill the salmon instead of baking. Pat the fish dry so that oil and sesame seeds stick better.
