- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar or lime juice, Sriracha, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt to make the sauce.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once done, drizzle the prepared sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and lime wedges before serving.
Notes
For a smoky flavor, grill the salmon instead of baking. Pat the fish dry so that oil and sesame seeds stick better.
