Baked French Dip Biscuits

Delicious Baked French Dip Biscuits loaded with savory roast beef and melty provolone cheese, perfect for a quick dinner or snack with au jus for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Deli roast beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Biscuit dough, refrigerated
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to biscuit dough instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine roast beef, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on half of the dough circles. Top with a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Cover with the remaining dough circles and seal the edges.
  6. Melt the butter and brush it on top of the biscuits.
  7. Bake according to biscuit dough instructions until golden brown.
  8. While biscuits are baking, heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan to serve as au jus.
  9. Serve the biscuits warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Seal the edges of the biscuits well to prevent leaking. Customize with different cheese or proteins.
