- 8 slices Deli roast beef
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Biscuit dough, refrigerated
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to biscuit dough instructions.
- In a bowl, combine roast beef, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on half of the dough circles. Top with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Cover with the remaining dough circles and seal the edges.
- Melt the butter and brush it on top of the biscuits.
- Bake according to biscuit dough instructions until golden brown.
- While biscuits are baking, heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan to serve as au jus.
- Serve the biscuits warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Seal the edges of the biscuits well to prevent leaking. Customize with different cheese or proteins.
