  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and rub them with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
