Baked Boursin Salmon

A delicious and simple dish that features salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese and fresh veggies, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes or asparagus
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 Lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread Boursin cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice over the salmon.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes or asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to use fresh salmon fillets for the best flavor. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables or cheeses.
