- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes or asparagus
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 Lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread Boursin cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice over the salmon.
- Add cherry tomatoes or asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Make sure to use fresh salmon fillets for the best flavor. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables or cheeses.
