- 4 medium Apples
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and slice them in half.
- In a bowl, mix the dried cranberries, fresh mint, honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and feta cheese.
- Stuff each apple half with the mixture.
- Place the apples in a baking dish and dot with unsalted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Pair with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
