- 1 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
- 2 Jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked bacon, garlic powder, green onions, diced jalapenos, onion powder, eggs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add in the breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Stir until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the formed balls for 15–20 minutes before frying to help them hold shape better. Serve with a dip like cranberry jalapeno cream cheese dip or your favorite sauce.
