- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, hot honey, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub it evenly over the chicken.
- Spoon the feta-honey mixture evenly onto each chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a milder flavor, use less hot honey and adjust to taste. You can substitute feta with goat cheese for a different flavor.
