  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 10 Mint Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted dark chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips the same way, then stir in peppermint extract.
  5. Pour white chocolate over dark chocolate and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crushed Mint Oreos on top and press down gently.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  8. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes
