- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 10 Mint Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted dark chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Melt white chocolate chips the same way, then stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour white chocolate over dark chocolate and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed Mint Oreos on top and press down gently.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
For a stronger minty flavor, add more crushed Mint Oreos. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
